Our pledge

Privacy is the whole job.

Not a policy page. A statement of what we are for, and what we will and will not do with your data.

Our mission

Most of the internet runs on knowing things about you. Brokers compile it, platforms trade it, scammers and stalkers buy it. Now AI answers questions about you for anyone who asks. WipeTrace exists to take that back: find everything exposed about you and the people you love, and handle every piece of it. One measure of success: less of you exposed than before we started.

Our pledge

We make money one way: you pay us to protect you.

That is the entire model. It keeps our interests and yours pointed the same direction, and it lets us promise the following plainly.

  • 01

    We sell nothing.

Your information is never sold or rented, to anyone.

  • 02

    We run no ads.

Your data never feeds advertising, ours or anyone else's, and this site carries no third-party trackers.

  • 03

    We train nothing on you.

Your information is never used to train AI models.

  • 04

We keep only what your case needs.

Less held is less at risk.

  • 05

    We scan only you.

The account holder and the family members who consent. Never anyone else.

  • 06

We watch what AI says about you.

When chatbots and AI search reveal too much or get you wrong, we work to correct the record at the source.

  • 07

    Some things cannot be removed.

No service can erase everything. We tell you which, then suppress, lock down, or watch them.

  • 08

The law can compel any company.

If a valid order reaches us, we answer as narrowly as the law allows, tell you unless we are barred, and keep so little that there is little to give.

The pledge is only real if the handling backs it up. Here is the posture, in plain language.

Encryption

In transit with TLS 1.2 or higher, at rest with AES-256. Backups carry independent keys.

Isolated case data

Each case sits behind its own access boundary. Only your specialist and their agents can read your findings.

Minimum data

Name, addresses, emails, and phone numbers. Only what finding your records requires.

Incident response

A security incident affecting your data triggers immediate investigation and prompt notification.

Data handling

What we keep, and for how long.
